As products move along conveyers and enter exit shoots from a sortation system, occasionally a product can jam or back up the flow. In order to keep the process running smoothly, the conveyor and exit chute needs to stay open and there needs to be confirmation that products made it through. Banner Engineer’s QX5 background suppression sensor confirms when a product proceeds down a conveyor and enters the exit chute to ensure it came off the sortation system and that there isn’t a jam.

Moisture in air lines can reek havoc on a compressed air system if not removed.
All atmospheric air contains water vapor and as the air is compressed the water vapor gets compressed with it until the air reaches it’s saturation point.
